Dear Friends,

My name is Damien Yeow and I live in the sunny green city (a red dot island in the world map) known as Singapore.

This blog is migrated from my previous blog, DamienYeow.com

I have started the health blog due to passion and interest. We know it is important to stay healthy and have a healthy lifestyle.

I have started to take note and concern of my health when I was my early thirties. I feel so tired when I have finished my day from office and I have somehow getting a bit worried and I have started to think about my health and body. 

Through friend recommendation, I began to take multi-vitamins daily. After 4 months, I could really felt my health improved and I don’t felt so tired after my work. Of course, not just take supplement in my daily life, I began to do exercise and as well as change my diet.

I have also read a lot of books on health related topics and that is how my passion and interest came about.

Therefore, I hope to share what I have learned about health during the past few years and make this an interesting and fun blog.  

 

The Principles I Shall Used In My Life

Focus on creating more value in your life, in your job or business and you will start to see more success and wealth flow into your life.

You can use fear to push you to heights that you would normally never scale.

A little greed can Motivate you to aim higher and achieve more.

If we encounter problems, we can either succumb to it, or we can treat it as an Opportunity to become stronger and to become better individuals.

When you don’t achieve your goals, you don’t think of it as failure. Instead, you perceive it as feedback.

Either feedback that the Strategy you used was ineffective or that you did not take enough action.

You then used this feedback to immediately change your strategy and take action again.

If you still don’t succeed, you will get more feedback, Change Your Strategy and take action again. You keep repeating this process until you get what you want. You do whatever it takes.

So, remember, every time you don’t get what you want, it is life giving you feedback. It is this continuous feedback you need to help you adjust your approach until you hit the target.

Understand this principle and you will overcome failure and achieve success in no time at all.
