Some Tips In Natural Remedies for Acne

Following are some of the effective ways in remedies for acne:

1. Prepare a paste of grinded orange peel with some water and apply  on affected areas. It is very effective natural remedy for acne.

2. Prepare a paste of almond powder with water, and apply it to your face. Let it dry and then rinse it off.

3. Mix one teaspoon of lemon juice in one teaspoon of finely-ground  cinnamon  and apply it on the affected areas.

4. Mix half teaspoon of sandalwood and turmeric powder in a little water and apply it on affected area. It is the best acne treatment.

5. Blend the cucumber into a paste and apply it on the affected area. Leave it for 30 to 45 minutes and then wash it off. It is common acne remedy.

6. Prepare a paste of 3 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Apply it on the pimples before sleeping and wash it next morning with warm water. Repeat for two weeks for permanently clearing acne.

If you go out to a restaurant to eat, you probably watch your calories very closely.  To assist you with your calorie watching when dining out, these tips will help you make the most of it.

Always order salad dressings or sauces on the side, as this way you have control over how much you add to your meal.

When you order grilled fish or vegetables, you should ask that the food be grilled without butter or oil, or prepared with very little or either or.

Anytime you order pasta dishes, be on the lookout for tomato based sauces instead of the cream based sauces.  Tomato based sauces are much lower in fatand calories, and tomato sauce can even be counted as a vegetable!

 
You should always try to drink water, diet soda,  or tea instead of soda or beverages that contain alcohol. 

If you order dessert, share with a friend. Half  of the dessert will equal half of the calories.

7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible, reduce cooking oil use, even the best cooking oil like olive oil when frying. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired.
8. Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver.Vegetables should be eaten raw or cooked 3 - 5 parts. Fried vegetables should be finished in one sitting, do not store.
